Aiman Farooq, an attorney in the Fort Lauderdale office of the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group, concentrates his practice on representing clients in securities arbitration matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Farooq is experienced at representing clients in matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, civil theft, elderly abuse, selling away, churning, excessive trading, self-dealing, unsuitability, unauthorized trading, and fraud.

Before Farooq joined the Business Trial Group, he practiced law at a boutique securities litigation firm where he represented clients in a variety of matters, including Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, and state regulatory investigations; internal investigations; federal and state lawsuits; administrative actions; and arbitrations. Farooq has a track-record of successfully litigating complex securities cases to favorable results for his clients.
