Jessica L. Thorson
Jessica Thorson, an attorney in the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group’s Orlando office, represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the country. She has significant experience with business torts, contract disputes, civil rights, intellectual property rights, and disability discrimination, among other specialties.
Thorson has experience handling civil appeals brought in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Eleventh, and Federal Circuits, as well as Florida’s District Courts of Appeal.
Before Thorson joined Morgan & Morgan, she worked as an intern for the Juvenile Advocacy Clinic at the University of Florida where she represented children in delinquency and dependency cases. She also worked as an intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida and Pasco County Attorney’s Office.
