Jonathan Huffman, a partner in the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group, leads the Group’s practice in Southwest Florida. He is an experienced complex commercial litigation attorney, having successfully represented clients in a wide array of complex business, employment, real estate, and investment disputes, among others.
Huffman is a firm believer in the Business Trial Group’s contingency-fee, or “success fee,” model, which allows clients’ claims to be resolved according to their merit, not based on a willingness or ability to pay hourly fees. Working on this success-fee model, Jonathan has recovered millions of dollars for his clients, often against much larger and wealthier opponents.
Huffman began his career practicing commercial litigation at a well-known Florida corporate law firm. There, he regularly handled a variety of high-stakes matters, often involving millions of dollars, in Florida’s state and federal courts. He then transitioned to another respected state-wide firm to lead its Business Law practice group. His experience representing large corporations gives him a valuable perspective in his plaintiff’s side practice.
