Keith Meehan is a lead attorney in the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group’s Tampa office. He handles a wide variety of complex business litigation on a contingency-fee-basis, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate, professional malpractice, bankruptcy adversary litigation, and more. He regularly handles matters in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the Business Trial Group, Meehan practiced for over six years at Gardner Brewer Martinez-Monfort, P.A., a boutique litigation and real estate firm in Tampa. Before that, he interned with the Honorable Michael G. Williamson of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.

From 2015 to 2019, Meehan has earned Florida Super Lawyers magazine’s “Rising Star” accolade in Business Litigation, which is a distinction awarded to the top 2.5% of young attorneys in the state. He was also named as one of 2017’s “Florida’s Legal Elite” by Florida Trend in Business Litigation – a designation awarded to attorneys by their peers, given to less than 2% of attorneys in the state of Florida.

Meehan, who grew up in Tampa and graduated from Jesuit High School, currently serves on the Jesuit High School Alumni Council.
