Paul L. SanGiovanni has more than 30 years of experience in complex trial practice, including complex commercial and construction claims. His commercial litigation experience includes complex shareholder actions, inter-corporate disputes, fraud litigation and RICO claims.

SanGiovanni enhances his practice with a commitment to serve his profession and the public. He served for six years as a member of the Florida Bar Board of Governors, the governing body of the third largest bar in the nation, ultimately serving on the Board’s Executive Committee in 2016 - 2017. SanGiovanni has also served as President of the Orange County Bar Association, and the Legal Aid Society of Orange County.

On multiple occasions, SanGiovanni was selected for inclusion in Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite,” a peer-ranked survey of the top 1.6% of all lawyers in the state of Florida. He has also consistently been recognized by “Florida Super Lawyers” and “Best Lawyers in America.”

SanGiovanni represents clients on a contingency-fee basis, in which a fee is paid only if a recovery is secured.
